Returns Policy

Returns are super easy and hassle free. If your purchase isn't quite right you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size please send back the item for a full refund and reorder online.

Returns can take up to 30 days to be processed and refunded from the date of we receive it. However please note that during busy periods this may take longer.

Sale items can be returned for store credit ONLY.

*If you buy a sale item in two sizes on the same order, the size that doesn't fit can be returned for a full refund back to your original payment method*

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Items must not be worn, washed or damaged. They should be in a resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact.

As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase.

Please complete the returns slip provided with your order invoice and enclose this securely in your returns package.

Customers outside of the UK please declare your parcel as a 'RETURN' to avoid any customs charges. Any charges incurred by customs will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our customer services representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

PAYPAL FREE RETURNS

These are only available to those who place their order using PayPal as their payment method.

Once you have returned your item/s at your own cost, if you retain proof of postage showing the value you paid for the return, you can request a refund for your postage fees from PayPal.
